Breeders wishing to advertise a puppy/dog must register at www.puppytrader.com  . The breeder must provide photos of the puppy/dog along with a short description of the puppy/dog that is for sale along with all of the important information such as: age, color, breed, and any other useful information which a buyer would want to know.  Ads can be changed or deleted without a refund at the sole discretion of www.puppytrader.com staff.  After the ads are uploaded to the site the seller is responsible for keeping their pages updated and must eliminate the ad once it is sold.

PuppyTrader does not guarantee you will get a buyer for your puppy/dog from ads placed on www.puppytrader.com and offers no refunds.

If a Breeder gets complaints against them for any reason, puppytrader.com will make sure the complaints are valid and if found guilty of cruelty to animals, unsanitary conditions, and/or selling sick puppies/dogs that account may be paused or deleted, at the discretion of puppy trader staff.

We welcome anyone who places ads for those who don’t have the internet; we just request that you make a unique account for each breeder, so it will show the most accurate information.

Puppy trader does not hold itself responsible for any misrepresentation of puppies/ dogs or dissatisfaction of your purchase of a puppy/dog  in any way, shape or form. The puppies/dogs are sold as stated in description and there is no guarantees, refunds, return policies, replacements or substitutions made or implied without written or verbal consent from the seller. Any complaints, suggestions or comments about a specific seller, against www.puppytrader.com or any representative or business associate are gladly accepted and listened to at support@puppytrader.com.

At this time Puppy Trader.com has 4 payment choices, a chage of $19.99 every month recurring billing, 1 month, 4 months or by the year, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving Puppy Trader.com permission to charge your credit card for the plan you have selected. The recurring billing is payment will be taken from your credit card every month, the least amount of months on this plan is 4 and it will continue until you contact us to cancel.  If the payment is not received when due, a Puppy Trader ad specialist will contact you to inform you and then your account will be deleted if proper payment is not made.
